A modern classic, the Grand Banks 32 is one of the best selling small trawler designs ever produced. A total of 861 were built during her production years from 1965-1996 (switching to fiberglass in 1973). She is the quintessential sedan trawler of timeless good looks, with great sea keeping abilities, and practicality for the cruising couple. A full skeg protects the underwater gear, and hard chines help to stabilize the ride. Below decks the layout is practical and well thought out. Storage is more than adequate, the teak wood work is elegant, and visibility and natural light abound. The aft deck offers plenty of room for a table and chairs and the wide side decks allow complete, safe, walk around with fore deck access. Galadriel features the tradional 32' Grand Banks layout with master stateroom forward and separate head and shower. Up to the main saloon, the dinette and settee convert to single berths to accommodate a total of 4 persons. Galley is opposite the lower helm station.
