When one goes out you can switch to the other in less than 5 minutes Fuel - 260 gal diesel (three tanks) Generator - Northern Lights 8 KW (6800 hours) new salt water pump (4/08) New fresh water impeller (7/06) Engine - Perkins T6.354.4 M (120 horsepower) rebuilt 7/06 , < 250 hours run time.
All gauges are VDO and could use upgrading but are functional.
Drive Train - Velvet Drive transmission on 2" shaft leading to 26" bronze 3 blade propeller Bilge Pumps - 2 Rule high output electric pumps with spare back up. 1 - Gusher hand pump very conveniently located Water Maker - yes but I have never used it. Previous owner claimed 37 gal per/hr.
Electrical System - 110 from generator and shore power. 12 volt house system with two new D3 batteries (12/07), 24 volts for windlass and some house lighting. 8 new golf cart batteries (3/08) I love them.
The boat has Phase 3 24volt and 12 volt chargers.
Heart Interface charger / inverter Navigation - New Standard Horizons chartplotter (1/08)with chip for Venezuela to Southern Florida, All the Caribbean, Mexico and Centra America.
New Standard Horizons VHF with loudspeaker capabilities (1/07).
New Standard Horizons RAM microphone for helm (1/07) Furuno Radar Data Marine speed / depth Data Marine wind indicator Simrad / Robertson Auto Pilot - works perfectly.
Hand held Garman GPS (new in 06) Rigging - all standing rigging has been upgraded to 5/16" or 1/4" stainless 7x9 aircraft cable with stalock fastening system.
The stanchions are 42" high custom made 1 and 1/14" 316 stainless.
The three rows of lifelines are 1/4" 7x9 stainless.
All the standing rigging attachment plates on the masts were replaced with custom made 316 stainless (12/06).
The after spreaders were replaced with aged spruce (12/06) The main mast spreaders were removed repainted and sealed (12/06) There are enough stalock spares to completely redo the boat if ever needed.
Sail Inventory - a mix of old and new.
The Mainsail as new in 2004 and was sailed only three times in three years.
The spinnaker looks like it has never been out of the bag.
Condition looks to be fine but unknown.
The genoa was repaired in 2011.
The mizzen is tired.
The Yankee looks new.
The staysail is in good shape.
Sailing Hardware - Pro Furl roller furling on both foresails.
All main winches have been upgraded to Lewmar self tailers.
The boat has 3 -40's 2- 54's and one 50.
The other 5 are a combination of Custom Yachts and Barlow.
They are all in perfect working condition.
The jib sheets were replaced with Kevlar 12 MM line (1/07) All rigging was inspected and all recommendations were done to the riggers specs on (12/06) Both masts are original and in good condition according to the rigger.
8ft Carib Dinghy - with a Yamaha 15 Enduro (new in 04 < 20 hours run time) Edsen Davit system on stern (easily hoists a 12' dinghy) Grill - Magma Avalon the largest they makes for boats.
Two urner /stainless with 2 - 7.5 pound propane tanks.
Topsides - New Awlgrip sprayed on 9/07 Bottom paint - New antifouling paint 12/07 Deck - teak was removed in 1999 and fiberglassed.
New surface applied 2/08 (two part acrylic paint with non-skid) Pilot House - painted 2/08 Anchors - 1 - 110 pound plow with 300' of 1/2 BB chain, 1 - 85 pound plow with 300' of 1/3" bb chain.
The first 75 feet of chain is good, the rest is bad.
I am planning on cutting at 75' and adding 150' of 5/8" line which is on the boat. 1 - Aluminum Danforth stern anchor with 30' of 3/8" chain and 300' of 5/8" line.
Windlass - LoFrans Titan - 2400 pounds of pulling strength.
Both forward anchors operate off this windlass.
It also has a cat head which can come in very handy at times Forward - High pressure fresh water deck rinse.
Also high pressure salt water deck rinse.
Four deck boxes - 8 life jackets extra lines and 6 - 1" braided dock lines (7/06) Air conditioner, spare diesel fuel can, numerous tarps numerous snorkel and dive gear - 2 tanks, BCD and regulator included
Deck mounted on pilot house with hydrostatic release mechanism for liferaft, no raft at this time
Helm - teak flooring covered with elastomeric roofing finish with non skid Classic compass.
Pilot House - Galley and dining - Force 10 Princess three burner stove with oven that actually works!
Comes with 2 - 20 pound propane tanks mounted under seat on deck just forward of pilot house.
Gold Star Microwave oven Double stainless sink, complete set of pots and pans as well as cutlery, plates and Glassware.
Fridge and freezer.
Sea Frost cold plates.
This is a 110 volt system.
It has a salt water cooling pump and runs on R12 refrigerant.
Both fridge and freezer are COLD.
Entertainment Sony 10 CD Changer with Sony AM/FM/CD player Panasonic 13" color TV with powered antennae Aspire Digital DVD player Yamaha Stereo Receiver (110 Volt) Great when using shore power.
Sony speakers in saloon, West Marine speakers at helm and Acoustic Marine speaker for deck sound (1/08) and an extra pair of KLH speakers for wherever you want them.
Heads - Forward has a classic Blakes Lavac toilet, completely rebuilt 12/07.
Aft head is a Jabsco.
replaced the complete pump system for it in 1/08.
Both sinks in heads are original stainless and in great condition.
Miscellaneous - This boat has an electric oil pump out for changing engine oil which is very handy.
It has spare parts beyond imagination.
There is thousands of dollars of stainless for running rigging.
There are at least one or more replacements pumps for every pump on the boat.
There is a spare compressor for the Fridge/freezer.
There are several filters and belts for every need.
It also has a HP color printer (3/08).
The pilot house has a Weems and Plath brass Barometer, 12 hour and unique 24 hour clocks.
Just added new ICE MAKER!!
Makes 30# of ice in 24 hours.
