This Endeavour Plan A was designed by Robert Johnson.
Upgrades and replacements were done since 2007 totaling $40K. In 2008 the mast was pulled and totally refurbished at which time the electronics were replaced. Most of the boat has been re-wired. There is new upholstery and canvas throughout. The Trojan deep cycle batteries were replaced Nov 2008. The sail inventory consists of a refurbished fully-battened Main, new Quantum furling Genoa and Asymmetrical Spinnaker with dousing sock. There is ample ground tackle for worry free anchoring.
The Perkins 4-108 engine, replaced in 1990, has only 1000 hours plus a substantial spare parts inventory. Very up-to-date,clean condition ready to continue cruising. The Marine Air conditioner is ducted for comfort in warmer climates. A brand new epoxy bottom was applied in January 2010.
A survey dated August 2008 can be e-mailed to interested buyers which includes additional photos. If buyer wishes, the owner would deliver the vessel as far north as San Diego, California.

Marbella is an A plan sloop with an open cabin forward and Aft port side Master cabin w/ en-suite head. She sleeps five and has plenty of space for crew large or small, plus lots of storage for food and gear. To Starboard are the Qtr-berth and Nav Station. The U-shaped galley is amid ship Stbd featuring an 4-burner stove with oven, double sink, an upright fridge in addition to the ice box. Forward of the mast is a large table and U-shaped dinette that lowers into a queen size berth or two singles.
Engine is conveniently located below the companionway and easily accessed for maintenance. She features full cabin ducted marine air-conditioning for those hot days in the marina. Marbella is a very comfortable boat to live on while cruising with lots of open space to move around and comfortable seating. All new,plush upholstery. Her three opening hatches and 11 opening ports have screens keep the cool air flowing and the bugs out!
