Built in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. Triple deck custom floating condo with loads of equipment for year around liveaboards. The owner spent a fortune on the bottom. It has been completely re-done at the cost of $140,000. It is equipped with twin 3208 Natural Cat diesels with 1200 hours and professionally maintained always. The gen set is a Perkins Kilo pack 27 KW and only 620 hrs total time. She was surveyed in 2002. It has multiple VHF's, a Master Antenna System and 4 KW Radar. It has an auto charger system. Digital depth finder, 1/2 ton crane, davit and windlass are included. She has 400 gal water system, 20 gal hot water heater, Culligan Water Softner System, ice machine, full stereo system through out the vessel, TV in every room.
