With the bowsprit moving the anchors and the Roller-Furling jib forward of the bow, subsequently uncluttering deck space, the boats overall length is actually 35'. This vessel is in great shape and has been well taken care of. It is a true blue water boat with a reputation for being able to handle rough waters and strong winds. A full keeled boat for straight tracking and also great stability. The vessel comes with an array oversized ground tackle.
The Main Anchor/storm anchor is a 44lb (Lewmar) Bruce Claw with 50' of 3/8" G4 chain (the highest quality) and 150' of ¾" three strand braided nylon rode.
The Bruce claw anchor is known for it's great holding ability even in weeded areas. Furthermore its ability to reset makes it an excellent primary anchor choice.
The Day Anchor/Secondary Anchor is a 30lb CQR Plow with 30' of 5/16" G4 Chain (the highest quality) and 120' of ¾" 3 strand braided nylon rode. This anchor also a favorite among many is better suited for muddy anchorages. It's pivoting design allows it to resist tripping during variable winds.
The Stern Anchor is a 20lb Danforth with 55' of 5/16" Chain (3B) and 160' of ½" 3 strand braided nylon Rode. This Danforth is light enough to be dingied to your anchor location for stern "bohemian" anchoring and has tremendous holding power given a constant pull direction and a fair amount of scope.

The sink has two separate taps connected to Whale gusher foot pumps for Fresh and salt water.
The kitchen contains a large food storage locker with multiple shelves for provisioning for long cruises. It also has shelving behind stove and sink for readily accessible kitchen use items, along with two shelves of pan storage underneath the CookMate stove.
Additionally there is a cabinet with 3 pullout drawers for storing kitchen items. The under sink storage has a large area for cleaning supplies to include kitchen and boat cleaning materials.
The boat can sleep 5 adults; two in the v-berth, two in the converted dinette area and one in the rear quarter berth.
The v-berth and converted dinette area has a 6'2" sleeping length where as the quarter berth will sleep up to 6'6".
The v-berth contains ample storage underneath along with a five drawered locker and large (24"x24") clear vent hatch.
The head "bathroom" has a easy to use composting head which is vented with a solar charged vent fan. It also has a medicine cabinet, fresh water tap at sink with foot pump, under sink storage, large storage compartment next to sink and multiple storage compartments behind head for bathroom supplies (toilet paper, paper towels)
Dinette area has a large (20.5" x 34.5") removable table, which converts, into additional sleeping area.
Next to the dinette is a full-length storage area, also behind the back rests are three large shelved storage compartments.

The boat has a rebuilt Volvo MD7 Diesel 12hp motor that starts immediately. It is very economical on fuel at 1/3 to 1/4 gallon per hour average consumption. The engine has a primary diesel filter/water separator and a secondary fuel filter on the motor to ensure only quality fuel gets to the engine. Filters have been changed at regular intervals.
30 Gallon Diesel storage tank. Furthermore this motor has a decompression release to allow manual starting if need be.
