We sold this vessel to the current owner about 18 months ago. He did his winter cruise to warmer climates and now his plans have changed and reluctantly the boat is for sale. She is very well cruise/live aboard equipped all the way to a water maker. Seaworthiness? We sold the sister ship (same year model,etc.) in July of 2007 and it completed a trip from North Carolina to Portugal. "Shady Lady" will be in N.J. for the summer '09. Very easy to show, the owner or marina dockmaster will get you onboard. New canvas in 2007. The current owner has completed many upgrades and maintained the boat very well. No sales tax on used boats sold in North Carolina.
