A well thought out and VERY well equipped trailerable cruiser or daysailer. The previous owner and this owner have always kept this boat inside during the winter. It is equipped like a much larger boat. With full instrumentation, roller furling, autopilot, propane furnace, propane stove, pressure water, automatic battery charger …. Etc.
There is a vee berth forward with privacy curtains. There is an innovative shelf built into the ceiling of the vee berth giving an extra place for storage clothes. There is an opening hatch with screen above the vee berth for light and ventilation.
There is a settee on each side of the salon and a quarterberth aft to starboard. There is a table that stows compactly on the bulkhead. It can then be unfolded and mounted either in the salon or the cockpit for dining or entertaining.
All the interior upholstery was replaced in 1996 with a high quality fabric and is in excellent condition. There is ample storage space in the settees, as well as the clothing storage in the vee berth.
A Shipboard propane furnace is mounted on bulkhead. The head was rebuilt in 2001, with a the pump complete redone. There is a built in toilet paper dispenser.
The cabin roof pivots up on varnished wood “legs” to lift and give approx. 6’2” headroom. There is a custom cabin enclosure that encloses the raised poptop with screens and windows, greatly enlarging cabin size. This enclosure has been very lightly used and is in excellent condition. There is a huge zippered screen door with waterproof cover to allow entrance from the cockpit.
The galley slides neatly out of the way, under the companionway, then slides out when needed. There is a 2 burner, shipboard propane stove and a stainless steel sink with power water supply. Soap and towel dispensers are installed above the sink. There is storage for cookware under the sink and in the port cabinet. She has a built-in refrigerator in port settee, and space for 60 qt. cooler which slides into the galley.
12 volt oscillating ventilation fan and a Wind Scoop for additional ventilation.
