Single hydraulic McGregor type hatch 31,28 x 7,62 m (Ascaro Hatches). Reinforced to carry one layer of containers (1 ton/m2), renovated 2005 to 2007. Main engine: B & W Alpha 8T23L-VO (Echevarria), 745 kW, about 800 running hours after overhaul in Feb 2009. Lohmann & Stolterfoht GUW 415-004 reduction gearbox with 2,5:1 ratio. CO2-fire suppression. Shaft drawn March 2009 and seals replaced. Aux. engines: 2 x Deutz BF6M, 128 kW with 90 kVA Indar generators. Installed as new 2003/2007. ≈50 kW Iveco in forecastle used as port generator. Rope and paint stores, welding equipment and compressor in forecastle. General arrangement: Upper deck holds two messrooms, galley, single cabin and the captains cabin with WC/shower and dayroom. Main deck holds chief eng cabin, three single cabins, several store rooms and changing rooms, two showers with WC and washing machine. Steering gear room with workshop and machine tool. Classification: St. Vincent flag, Lloyds class. Special Survey passed March 2009. GMDSS A2. Certificate copies and hull survey available upon request. Very much has been invested in upgrades and maintenance last 4-5 years. Many frames renewed, new deck platings, new plates in aft peak and ballast tanks, tank top renewed.
