In the 1970s I was involved with the Associated Marine Institutes in the marine industry field and enjoyed it so much that I decided to make a career of it. Since those days when wood boats ruled the waters, I have been involved in the 1976 Bicentennial Operation Sail, the 1983 Americas Cup and all aspects of selling pleasure yachts all over this hemisphere and Europe.
In recent years I have concentrated on the large power boat market. My interests include hiking, camping, diving (I have been a NAUI dive instructor since 1972), model railroading, physical fitness and family. I currently work out of my home office in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL where I lived since 1980.
I have always been a major promoter of professionalism in our industry and am a charter member of FYBA and a member of CPYB. My knowledge and love of the boating industry spanning almost 40 years is a tremendous benefit when working with individuals seeking to purchase a yacht.
