The boat does have a saloon table and a navigators table but we felt both restricted space too much so removed them. They will go with the boat.
The boat does have an Eberspächer diesel heater that needs servicing and hoses replacing. it is not currently in working order.
Saloon / bunk covers replaced 2012 to a reasonable standard and it good condition. Fore cabin cushion covers are older
GPS, VHF and various other electronic instruments with it that have been working. However, I haven’t needed to use them and they would be on the list to replace. If I’m honest, don’t know their current working order.
Two bulkhead compasses.
Raymarine (tiller) autohelm.
New electric bilge pump and auto switch fitted with one way inline valve 2016.
Hand Bilge pump serviced 2016 with new diaphragm.
We did have some considerable work done 2014 in repainting the hull and deck as well as rebuilding the skeg. The Rudder was also re-built in 2011 as it was a known problem for these boats. All sorted now.
The keels been off 2003 (I believe), checked and refitted. The hull was epoxy primed recently but prior to our ownership.
Sancerre is a stunning yacht and I am waiting to get below to take some photos of the interior
