Egg Harbor lovers, LOOK AT THIS!!! Price just reduced almost $15,000!!! Owner has changed plans for the coming years. This 1976 Egg Harbor 31 is about 90% restored. Purchased in late 1995, updates started that winter. Vessel has been stored inside every winter since purchase. Wood "upper" restoration started in 1997' with the help of a master marine carpenter. Many other small updates that winter. 1998/1999, bottom sandblasted, barrier coated, and bottom painted w/new "boot" stripe. 2000 to present,--Interior upgrades and modifications, engine shafts, mufflers, cutlass bearings, engine alignment and balanced props. This has been done mainly by the loving owner who knew what to do. A picture album is available for viewing, showing the work done over the years.
