This is a two owner yacht; the present owners have owned her for the past 26 years.

This boat is rigged for cruising and/or single handed. She is fully equipped and upgraded with:

2003 Yanmar 20 HP diesel
Radar, wind generator, wind instruments, VHF, GPS and depth sounder
Davits
Windlass with 100 feet of chain and 250 ft. 5/16 rope
Stainless steel fuel and holding tank
Oven and 3 burner stove (propane) with propane and carbon monoxide detector /shut off
Refrigeration
Sails include: Main and A Symmetrical Spinnaker (new 2006),  3 Furling Jibs, second main all good condition.
New dodger summer 2011.

This boat has 6 ft. standing head room and sleeps 5 comfortably.
