If you're looking for a boat in the 45' range, this vessel is by far the best deal for the price! You need to look at this one seriously.

As the Owner states, “We bought a Chandlery so we could afford to outfit our boat the way we wanted”. This vessel had a major refit from stem to stern between 2003 and 2007 with the majority completed by 2005. Fuji Yacht Builders of Japan provided a quality product in which to build upon. The Fuji 45 has an open and bright layout with over 6 feet of headroom, walk in engine room with ample organized storage for tools and spares, and more than adequate storage through out the boat. It is a very comfortable and a great performing cruising sailboat.

During the refit period she received a new Yanmar engine, new prop and shaft, new and reconditioned hydraulic steering system, sails, watermaker, generator, solar panels, 99% of the stainless steel was replaced, upgraded or added, stanchions increased to 1 ¼ inch and raised to 30 inch for added safety, all new lifelines and safety equipment, life raft, all electronics upgraded.

The whole boat was re-plumbed including thru-hulls, ball valves, hoses, pumps, fixtures and propane system. The majority of the old electrical pulled and replaced, new and upgraded freezer and refrigerator, washer/dryer, flatscreen TV, stereo and speakers, and much more.

The owner has documented, photographed and located by diagram the boat’s extensive inventory. An itemized listed can be provided upon request. There are several sets of the boats plans aboard from John Alden.

For fun, she is equipped with over $5000.00 in dive gear, including compressor and a 70’ hose with regulator for huka diving making bottom cleaning easy, 2 Stearns inflatable kayaks, and luggage rack for surfboards, paddles, poles, nets, hooks and brushes.
