40' x 12’6" x 7’ (45’ LOA) 1975 Classic full keel double ender ketch. - 20 ton displacement. Vessel was built in the US but is Canadian registered. A Robert Perry design; the owner reports that she’s a fantastic sailer - well balanced, stable and weatherly in light and heavy weather alike. Spacious and well designed teak interior sleeps 6 comfortably with ample storage. Warm, clean and dry even through the winter months. An excellent live aboard.
