The Cal 35 is a very spacious cruiser sporting a raised cabin salon which makes for great headroom.. She offers a lot of room for a thirty five footer and is well suited for a couple to go cruising long term.  Her Perkins diesel assures hull speed while motoring.  She is well equipped with refrigeration, hot and cold pressure water  and carries 185 gallons of diesel, giving her potential to motor long distances when needed.  The Cal 35 Cruiser is an excellent choice for the budget minded sailor.  She is located in the heart of the Sea of Cortez sailing region here in San Carlos, Sonora, Mexico.  We have a four lane highway all the way from the border and it takes about five hours to drive here from Tucson, AZ.  We have three marinas, multiple dry storage yards, boat yards, chandleries, great fiberglass and s.s. fabricators, fuel polishing, painting, varnishing and anything else that a person might need for their boat as well as a large friendly cruising community.  So why not hop in the car, come down and buy a boat and start living the life from day one.
