This C&C 38 is about 80% finished from a complete restoration. The interior is quite nice, but still needs varnish and a few things to be installed. This boat was damaged in Hurricane Marty in 2003, but completely rebuilt by a professional boat builder. The hull is probably stronger now that it was before. The current owner is a professional yacht captain and has been relocated to the Carribean and now must find someone to finish the project he started. Write to us for a complete list of what needs to be done to make her sail ready. He has put first class equipment on board, some of which still needs to be installed. All new sailing gear including SS self tailing wenches and clutch blocks leading all lines to the cockpit. He has priced her to sell quickly so if you are looking for a fast boat and can do some work, this boat is a fantastic deal!
La Paz is the gateway to the Sea of Cortez and the cruising from here is spectacular. Also we have 5 chandleries for any boat parts you need and good surveyors to check the work that has already been done. Write or call us for all the details.
