FRESH WATER VESSEL - Sailed exclusively on the Great Lakes The C&C 35 Mk II is highly regarded in racing circles around North America and she is also considered, by many non racers, to be an ideal choice for comfortable cruising. This vessel has undergone many upgrades and improvements over the years with a proactive epoxy barriercoating on the bottom in 2004 being one of the major ones. Her current owner, a marine industry professional, has completed these projects to exacting standards. A survey from 2009 ( with revisions done Dec 2011 ) is available upon request.
