This classic Mk 1 Nelson is well fitted out with built-in navigation gear redundancy and full range of safety equipment to facilitate cross-Channel cruising. Burning around 35 litres per hour when cruising on two engines at 1950rpm/12kts she is very economical for this type of vessel and provides comfortable, well-appointed facilities for extended cruising for 4 adults. There is also plenty of space for 6 for shorter periods. She has been a regular visitor to the Channel Islands and North Brittany coast during our ownership as well as making coastal passages along the South Coast as far west as the Helford River in Cornwall. Ageing owner now looking for a slightly smaller boat!
