Morgan 36T

Charlie Morgan is certainly a mainstay in the sailboat design community but it is one of his earliest designs, which still to this day regarded as his best work.  Reid+Weep just so happens to be one of these models, the 36T Sloop, which still today remains a highly sought because of its versatile and revolutionary design.  Originally designed to be a performance cruiser/racer, her overall design has been modified to also incorporate many features of larger luxury cruisers.  The result, Reid+Weep, is a hybrid 36' cruiser that can just happen to double as a lightning bolt.  She has a very simple, open and easy to sail cockpit and a wide-open, roomy interior that still houses a full head, galley, dining, entertaining space, and berthing.  One of the most versatile boats ever to sail the seas, she has been outfitted with a new motor, the legendary Perkins 4108 4 cylinder diesel (1983) model.  More recently, she has had a complete bottom job in 2007 with new epoxy paint and also had her mast and boom repainted in 2000.  Reid+Weep comes with modern instruments, electronics, and also has been outfitted with Harken performance furling system, traveler along with other Harken running rigging components.  Along with mainsail, Genoa and two spinnakers and spinnaker pole, she is ready to give someone the thrill of sailing one of the greatest sailboats ever designed.... thanks to Reid+Weep that someone could be you!
