Teak decks have been upgraded to a West epoxy decks for long life and good looks.
The cockpit entry brings you a few steps down to an open salon finished in teak with lots of natural light. The salon features a L-shaped convertible dinette to port with quarter berth to starboard, There is a full galley to starboard with teak cabinets, Corian counter, sink, top loading ice box with new Dometic refrigeration unit, a microwave oven, and separate pantry forward.

"Spellbound" 1973 41' Island Trader with raised salon. Overall length is 53' with bow sprit and davits and she has a 6 1/2 ft draft. This clipper bow William Garden design is a classic blue water sailing boat, the full keel design making her sea kindly and stable. The teak interior is in very good condition and is comfortable, warm and cozy with spacious raised salon/galley area, carved teak doors and lots of storage and headroom. She has a new Dometic in box refrigeration unit in galley. Teak decks were removed and replaced with west system epoxy, a thick fiberglass deck added over the subdeck and helm has a beautiful teak wheel. New aluminum masts were installed May 2015 as well as new engine wiring and mechanical gauges, starting and house batteries, new freshwater system and primary and secondary bilge pumps. She features a starboard side Pullman full/queen berth, starboard quarter berth and has a drop down table that converts to a double bed at settee. She comfortably sleeps 3, but could accommodate 5, making her perfect for an oceanfront live aboard, rental, charter boat, or for the sailing enthusiast on short or long term voyages. Enter from large comfortable aft cockpit covered by a large bimini, galley to Starboard with sizeable top load refrigerator/freezer, new large Corian countertop with 1" ledge to keep liquid on the counter and off the floor.
