$37,500??  This is not a misprint.  The boat needs some work.  It hasn't been used in three years.  The owner is deceased and the family wants it gone.  House cleaning will be your first priority but there is no reason you could not begin to stay aboard immediately.  It has two staterooms with private heads and shower.  The forward sleeps two with a vee berth and the master is aft with a queen and a single and a bigger head.  The galley is down a few steps from the main salon and has a full size refrigerator which runs on DC and a three burner propane stove with a baking oven below.  The sink has H&C water and you will find lots of counter space.  The dinette easily seats 8 adults and can fold down to accomidate a couple of adults or a few kids.

The salon and helm are on the main level with doors on each side.  The Ford Lehman 120 HP diesel engine compartment is under the salon and can be accessed from three angles.  The boat has a full walk around deck with hand rails.  There is a fly bridge with controls and instruments.

This boat needs some carpentry work and all systems should be checked.  It would be an amazing live aboard on the mooring or a slip.  The boat can actually be enjoyed throughout the year as it is insulated and has heat and a/c.  If you are able to putter and need a vacation home this boat is for you.  Offers are encouraged.
