Custom Hill Pilothouse MY

Same ownership since 1986.  Custom motoryacht, built by Hill’s Marine in Seal Beach, CA (Kenny Hill).  Powered by a single 250hp Cummins inboard, cruising at an easy 8 knots, or topping out at 16 knots!  Even with the single screw, she is easy to maneuver, she responds very well ~ Updated 850 gallon fuel tanks, along with 300 gallon fresh water tanks.  This pilothouse yacht features a walk through transom, sliding entry doors into a spacious salon, main deck galley and day head.  Up three steps to the pilothouse, with port and starboard side doors and a large settee with table.  Down three steps into a companionway with master stateroom to starboard, large head compartment to port with separate stall shower, then a very spacious V-berth cabin way forward.  Wood hull, FRP non-skid weather decks, FRP over wood superstructure. She has dual steering stations and is equipped with two Boston Whalers (13’ FRP and 8’5” inflatable), both stowed on the boat deck, launched by an electric arm davit. Electronics are older, but in working order.  Bottom refastened and recaulked in 2010.
