Description of layout:
Aft Deck Saloon:
The AFT DECK SALOON, 16' long x 18' wide, is surrounded by glass and served by two large air conditioners in addition to opening stern windows, a door to the cockpit plus Lexan wing doors to walk around teak side decks and sliding glass door to Main Saloon.
The Aft Deck Saloon has very comfortable cushioned built-in seating for twelve, two pneumatic lowering dining/cocktail tables, four large lounge chairs, privacy drapes, teak sole, varnished teak trim, excellent lighting, a full teak bar with icemaker, sink, refrigerator and a fine spiral stairway to the boat deck. This is a grand gathering place to enjoy and be comfortable in any weather.
MAIN SALOON (24' long x 16' wide), is bright and cheerful, arranged with card table and chairs aft to port; couch, table and chairs next forward; then full walk-behind bar with four high chairs and room for more. Starboard aft is stairway down to staterooms, then a built-in desk with entertainment center. A doorway leads forward past the day head, pilothouse, galley and in to the dining room. Two screened Kearfott side windows open for cross breezes. Bar has granite top, bolster, refrigerator, icemaker, sink, hot and cold water. Day Head/Powder Room:
DAY HEAD/POWDER ROOM, just forward of the Main Saloon has marble counter, mirrored walls, comfortable size.
PILOTHOUSE, (14' x 10'), is next and up several steps, accessed from the Main Saloon, the Flying Bridge and two side doors to the decks. It is hand crafted of teak with a honey satin finish. A proper array of electronics and controls are convenient to the helm. A wide observation settee has four large storage drawers. Visibility is excellent (about 210 degrees.) Large space beneath pilot house has 4' headroom, and, in addition to storage, houses gyro compass, electronics power packs, etc.
Flybridge and Tender/Helicopter Deck:
Access via stairway in pilothouse and stairway from Aft Deck Saloon. Very spacious flybridge area shaded by soft top structure of aluminum, kleer roll-up windows and pale blue fabric top. Centered helm Destroyer type steering wheel surrounded by controls, instruments and electronics. Two cushioned dining/lounging areas, each for six persons. Teak sole on entire deck. Mast is at gate to boat deck which is fully reinforced for helicopter use.
This boat deck area has removable cradles for the two tenders and is protected by a weather cowl and life lines. Electric davits to port and hydraulic davit to starboard, observation lounge is aft. Flybridge has ice maker, refrigerator, microwave oven and wet bar. A large, striped party tent is in storage.
A 13' Whaler 1990 with 40 hp Evinrude 1990 outboard motor and a 11' Four Winds with 115 hp Evinrude are on cradles and both are tended by a Rampi hydraulic crane of approximately 2500 pound capacity. Avon inflatable with 6 hp and 2 hp motors. A manual electric Deal davit also tends the 13' Whaler mounted portside. These cranes also raise and lower the signal mast.
GALLEY, forward of Pilothouse, has convenience doors to both side decks for incoming groceries and for unobtrusive serving of meals to the aft deck. Galley counters and refrigeration are all stainless steel. Sole is by Pirelli. Cabinets are Formica, trimmed in varnished teak. Dual stainless sinks, dual ovens, six cold boxes - three refrigerators and one freezer. Excellent lighting. Pass through to dining room.
DINING ROOM (12' long x 14' wide) very bright, full width with large windows each side. A chandelier graces the table and eight chairs. Ample storage for linens, stemware, china, silver and associated serving dishes, trays, etc.
The four staterooms are private and quiet via a stairway down from the Main Saloon to the Lower Deck.
MASTER full width stateroom is midships, has a full king berth with built-in night cabinets surrounding, chests of drawers, storage, five closets, large full bath, opening ports, draped ports and good lighting.
Guest Staterooms Port & Starboard:
TWO GUEST STATEROOMS port and starboard, off the passageway, are next aft each having lower berth and a suitable upper berth, closet, drawers, vanity and sharing a bath with shower.
VIP Guest Stateroom:
The VIP GUEST STATEROOM is full width, next aft and can be used as a second master stateroom. Featuring twin berths with night cabinet between and surrounded with abundant built-in drawer storage, counter space, draped opening ports, large closets, opening ports, full bath.
