Trojan 36 Tri-Cabin

This classic Trojan would make a really decent floating cottage, or ideal for canal cruising. The Aug. 2011 survey shows she is in average shape. About 300 hours on the Chrysler 400's since rebuild in 2000. Port, Stbd, and forward decks have been repaired and epoxy coated in 2003. Bottom was professionally redone with Interprotect system in 2004. New upholstery in 2001. Boat has SS arch, radar, VHF, Depth, eng. sync., hailer, A/C, heat, 6.5K Onan genny,windlass, maytag dryer. Canvas is in good condition. There are some issues since the boat has been on the hard since 2005 due to health reasons, but owner still has maintained her well. Boat will need new batteries, and since carpets were removed, the floor coverings would be up to the buyer. There is a new MSD for the aft head that hasn't been installed. Boat has been shrink wrapped but accessible during the winter.
