The yacht's general design work came from Fratelli Benetti. The professional naval architecture intellectual property are the work of Fratelli Benetti Yacht Design. Created by Benetti Yachts the vessel was completed in the yacht producing country of Italy. She was officially launched in Viareggio in 1972 before being handed over to the owner.
