The Lone Gull 11 is a Maurice Griffiths design from the 1960’s, ideal for shallow draft areas or to take the ground. Spacious accommodation with standing headroom due to the raised topsides. A well kept boat, regularly maintained.
Carvel iroko planking on sawn oak frames, copper fastened.
Marine ply deck, sheathed and painted.
Teak coachroof and cockpit coamings, varnished. Sheathed ply coachroof deck. Marine ply washboards.
Self draining cockpit. Tiller steering.
Iron external ballast keel with twin bilge plates.
Deck-stepped built wooden mast, varnished. Varnished wooden boom, slab reefed.
Self-tacking varnished wooden staysail boom.
