The 42' Grand Banks trawler is a true "Classic", the standard for all other designs that followed.

This "Salish Trader" is in excellent condition. She has been very well maintained by her former owner over twenty years and spent all of those years under cover in cold, fresh water. She has only 1,650 hours on her twin Lehmans and also an Onan 7.5kw genset.

The interior finishes are excellent and the cabinetry is first-rate.  She shows very little wear to her interior which was thoroughly deep-cleaned just last month.  The ample dining settee was recently recovered in a plush off-white and all of the mattresses have been recovered in a pleasant plum fabric.

The boat was hauled for a hull survey in May. While on the hard she got new bottom paint and zincs.  Both the flybridge deck and boat deck have been repainted as well.  The exterior bulwarks have been refinished and the cap rail and handrails have been varnished.  She is back in the water at our moorage in Seattle, looking beautiful.

"Salish Trader" is an exceptional example of this aft cabin design.  She would make a great liveaboard for a couple as well as a fabulous cruising boat for the beautiful Northwest summer and fall days ahead.
