Folkboat Carvel, Teak

Teka is a very pretty Carvel Folkboat built, strip plank, Teak on Oak by Tankard Yachts, Tavistock, Devon, in 1970, to the design of Tord Sunden. Coachroof sides and cockpit coamings are also Teak. The decks are Teak laid on marine ply - seams re-paid, 2010.

She offers up to four berths in two cabins, a chemical toilet in the forecabin, has a compact galley and a chart table. She comes with a good electronics pack including GPS/Chart plotter, DSC VHF Radiotelephone, Autopilot and echo sounder. 

Mechanical propulsion is  by Yanmar 1GM 10 8hp single cylinder diesel, rebuilt 2010.
