Boathouse at Olympia Yacht Club -- currently occupied by inexpensive mid-70's Tollycraft 28 (boat must sell first).   Exterior dimensions 46' x 20', boat-space inside currently configured to be 38' x 12.5', with 13' clear inside height; interior boat-well could be lengthened easily, as there's excess dock ahead of the boatwell, currently configured as a workshop-area... Turning basin outside this house accepts a 40 footer for sure, perhaps even to take a 42' LOA vessel.
