This 1969 Trojan 31 Sedan could very well be one of the nicest classic Trojans in North America. She has been in a covered slip her entire life. As well, there are only 300 original hrs on her economical twin Chrysler 318's. Up until 2005, she had been appropriately stored for 10 years after a complete restoration by previous enthusiast owner. Her restoration was preventative only to ensure long term preservation and there were no structural issues involved. She has had a recent 2005 clean survey when the current owner purchased her and, again, no structural issues were found.

She boasts a new two piece head, a galley with a 2-burner electric stove and fully functioning under counter fridge. She sleeps 2 in her V-berth, 2 on the dinette plus extra sleeping space on rear deck. She also sports fairly new Teak decks.
