Cruise the Rideau and Trent-Severn waterways in this mostly completed refurbished cottage on the water. The owner has spent many hours and much expense to return this classic houseboat to nearly new. Unfortunately he now will be leaving the country and will be unable to fully complete his restoration.  This houseboat is being sold for a fraction of what the current owner has invested in her.

Her hull has been completely refinished. New stringers, engine mounts and transom have been installed. The inside of the hull and the stringers have been reglassed.

Both engines have been rebuilt and have only 90 hours on them since that work was done.

All new AC marine grade wiring has been completed with 30 amp shorepower.. All interior lighting has been replaced with LED's.

This boat is ready to cruise now while a new owner completes the work at his or her leisure.  The balance of the work to be done is mostly cosmetic in nature and not likely requiring specialized skills.  This is a great project for spring weekends and it will reward the new owner with many lazy summer days on the water and a great sense of accomplishment.
