This double ended Bermudan sloop was built in Sydney, Australia during 1967/68 and was sailed to the UK via the Pacific and Panama, ending her journey on the west coast of Scotland. Carvel Oregon Pine planking on spotted gum frames, copper fastened. Iron keel, stainless steel keel bolts.
Decks and cockpit
Flush deck of Brunzeel marine plywood sheathed with West Epoxy and finished with Treadmaster panels. Wheel steering.
A doghouse shelters the forward end of the cockpit and at the aft end there is a companionway to the aft cabin.
Rig Bermudan Sloop
Alloy deck-stepped mast and spars, stainless steel standing rigging, replaced 2001.
Profurl roller reefing on the genoa. Lazyjacks.
Sails: Battened mainsail, Dolphin Sails. Furling genoa, Owen Sails (2001)
Perkins Prima M50 50hp, 1988. 507 hours. Shaft drive to 3 blade propeller.
