This is a proven world cruiser and like many Yachts built for extended cruising she has various spaces for her Owners and guests. Particularly during long voyages to remote areas the ability to opt for privacy or not amongst those on board is very important. In our opinion Capella C is ideal for world cruising as she is, or could prove to be a great platform for a major refit (like many of her sister ships) or for use as a support vessel.
N.B. Items of inventory illustrated on any photographs are not necessarily included in the sale of the yacht.
In any case her sea worthiness, proven world cruising abilities and charm can not be denied.
She cruised predominantly in the Mediterranean andCaribbeanfrom 1986 to 2000/2001 and then did extensive cruising until 2006 culminating in 2 circumnavigations of the globe. In 2006 she went into the yard inFort Lauderdalewhere she underwent an extensive refit for about 1 ½ years. During this refit period;
Her main engines were replaced
Her bow thruster was moved forward and a new bow thruster engine was installed
Her hull was repainted
A new mast and 2nd satellite dome were fitted.
