"HONU II"is one of two 40' Grenfell Yachts built in Vancouver in 1968, that has been boathouse kept and professionally maintained by Abernethy & Gaudin in Brentwood Bay. The mechanical maintenance has been done by Ben Gartside of Gartside Marine Services in Sidney. She is absolutely gorgeous, unique and is in sound condition. A full refit was undertaken in 1999, in which $100,000 was spent by the previous owner and many upgrades have been completed under the care of her present owner. This vessel is in Bristol "show boat" condition and must be seen to be fully appreciated. Note: A 45' Boathouse in North Saanich Marina is available (but not included) with or upon the sale of the vessel.
