Columbia 36 Sloop

Classic Columbia -- one of the few of their models designed by William Crealock -- a simple cruiser with some fine upgrades over time... foremost is a smooth four-cylinder Westerbeke diesel providing a solid 6-knot cruise under power.  Note also, Dickinson diesel fireplace-stove well out-of-the way, fiberglassed hard-dodger with rigid forward window & isinglass side-windows, attached bimini that covers entire cockpit.  Newer Furlex roller-furler with clean, crisp 160 Genoa including foam-luff; full-batten mainsail controlled by lazyjacks; self-tailing ARCO primary winches. All lines (even for boom-preventers) brought aft for single-handing cockpit-control.  Tiller helm; very long cockpit seats and a huge aft lazarette locker.  Interior boasts two quarter-berths, a huge u-shaped dinette that can seat six easily (makes into big double-berth), large head-compartment, and of course V-berths forward.  A well-outfitted cruiser at entry-level pricing!
