This is a custom built Pilothouse Motor Yacht built by Feadship in Holand. In 1993 she underwent a very extensive refit at Lake Union Yacht Repair; steel work on the hull, rewiring of the boat, paint, 6' aft cockpit was added on and more. The steel hull is a hard-chine design with a moderate deadrise giving her a smooth ride while cruising our northwest waters. Over the past few years the State of Washington has been her home port, she has made many trips to Alaska in the summer time.
She has a spacious aft salon area and one midship aft of the galley, a elegant Master Stateroom with a queen size bed and a private head and shower . She has two quest stateroom, one midship having a double berth with a quest bath with shower across the hall and one cabin forward of the galley with a double and its own head and shower.
She is equipped with a 12" bow thruster,Vosper stabilizers, 17kw generator powered by a Yanmar 3QM30 freshwater-cooled 1,654 hrs. Air conditioning throughout the boat along with a Webasto diesel-fired recirulating hot water cabin heater with register and thermostatic controls in the major accommodations spaces in the boat, washer & dryer and more.

The ship has two salons, three staterooms, three heads with showers, one galley with seating for four at a table in the galley. The Pilot House has a bench that will seat four people. There is a upper helm statition with helm seating and a "L" shape bench for guest seating. There is a lido deck off the main salon with steps going down to the aft deck cockpit.
The Master Stateroom has a queen size bed which is in center line of the boat against the aft bulkhead. Two small tables with drawers flank the bed, each with thier own reading lamp. There is a closet on the starboard side of the bed. Running along the starboard side of the cabin wall are cabinets and four large cedar lined drawers. To the port side of the bed and the table, is a access way to the aft cockpit with a through passage way with two steps through a water tight aluminum door. Forward of the door is a small dressing table and 12 large cedar lined drawers and a large cedar lined closet. Next to and infront of the closet is a desk and chair for a computer station. Light for the room are on dimmer controls at the door at at the bedside.
The head is on the starboard side forward with a custom hand painted vanity sink bowl and with gold plated faucet. The shower is a full size shower stall with gold plated faucets. The head has a Vacuflush system. Some of the equipment that is in the master stateroom are; Carbon Monoxide Detector, Datamarine Dart four-function remote display, Heater/AC thermostat control, phone system and AM/FM Stereo.
The first Guest Stateroom is forward of the Master Stateroom is on the port side. It has a double bed, a cedar line closet, a cabnet with drawers and a small seat. Across from the stateroom is the quest bath. This has a full shower stall, sink, Vacuflush head, storage closet and a washer and dryer.
Going down the hallway on the starboard side is a closet for the boat's cleaning supplies. Then going up six steps into the lower salon, having a desk and chair with two more seating chairs. The room is being used now a sitting room, in the past she has been used a formal dinning room.
Going forward down five steps into the Galley. Forward of the Galley is the third Stateroom that canbe used for quest or crew. It having a double berth with storage locker and drawers. It also has a head with sink and shower head combo.
Going from the galley back up to the low salon you can enter the Pilot House by going up five steps. Go through the Pi[lot House into the main salon. It having a couch , three chairs, a tables and a full entertainment center next to the wet bar. Going out to the stern of the boat through the doors you go onto the lido deck that has a freezer and deck chairs. From there you can go down some steps to the aft cockpit and to the swim platform.
The Galley is a nice size, with lots of cabinet storage, drawers and working counter space. The Refrigerator and Freezer are all stainless steel and were custom made for the boat. Having a new cold plate system that was done 2 years ago, (nice system). The oven /stove [ 4 top burner] is a Credo, a high end English company that makes top line stoves. The oven has both rotisserie/broiler and lower heating element. The hood unit is by Luber, it is Jennaire-like grill mounted horizontally behind the burners of the stove. A combination microwave and convection unit is above the sink. There is a dishwasher next to the stove,made by Frigidaire and also there is a second freezer out on the Lido deck that is made by Frigidaire. Across from the galley is a built in table that will seat four with storage hull side and under the seats.
Radar is a Furuno 8050D, 12" , 48 mile, with a 6.5 foot scanner.
The auto-pilot is a Cetrek 727.
The Chart Plotter is a Simrad DS34
GPS is a Trimble Acutis
VHF Marine Radios: Raytheon Ray-90 is in the Pilot House, a Icon M45 is on the fly bridge with its own deep-cycle battery that is located under the fly bridge. This canbe used as back up power supply to the VHF. This is charged by either shore/gen-set. This radio, by virtue of its independent power supply can be used as an emergency radio.
Hailer: Raytheon 420 is a 30 watt hailerthat was installed for its power and flexibility. A forward horn as well as a aft-horn have been installed. This give you a listening feature that is convenient when docking the boat. It also has various navigation sound-bells, whistles, yelps, sirens are provided with the system.
Telephone / intercom / paging system is on the boat.

Maxwell Winch powered by 12-volt DC, provides convenient lowering and raising of the two 125 lb. Fortress Anchors on 300 feet of BBB 3/8" chain on each anchor. Total of 600' of 3/8"BBB chain. Remote control is provided so that the winch can be operated on deck or in the pilot House.
A self-resetting overload protection circuit indicate the length of rode paid out which when switched to the standby position will retain the length paid out while turning off the LEDs, serving as indicator when retrieving the anchor.
Dinghy and Davit: Dinghy is a 11' 6" AB Hard Bottom Inflateable with a Tohatsu 18 hp outboard. It has a 12 volt powered coated Davit with remote control.
