A very spacious Broom 35 built in 1966. GRP hull with wooden, varnished superstructure. Over the years she has been converted to dual steer with canopy over and collapsible windscreen. Last surveyed in 2012 (survey available) and all outstanding work attended to. Recent work carried out by local boatyard to the engines, including full service, replacement hoses and gaskets. The heater has also been serviced and the windows have been resealed. Sleeping up to 5 with one double aft, V berth forward and one single from convertible sofa in the saloon. The aft cabin has recently been converted to a double but could easily be changed back to two singles. The forward cabin has an ensuite which is currently used as a storage cupboard although this could also be easily converted back. A classic Broom offering good accommodation with plenty of storage being offered with inflatable tender (XM260). Mooring available subject to approval/negotiation. Part exchange for a smaller fishing boat or similar could be considered. | ||
