Now Dry Stored at Cresent Beach Marina. The boat was built in 1966 and commissioned in 1967.  Current Owner is the 3rd owner and has had her now for over 21 years.
 
Owners Comments When I bought the boat in 1989, the first thing that I had done, was to have the hull sandblasted below the waterline, removing all the old bottom paint and brought it back down to the original gel coat.  I then put 5 coats of VC17 tar epoxy water barrier on her.  The boat has been a fresh water boat for over 30 yrs, she has only been in the salt water for 13 yrs./ The Atomic 4 was rebuilt about 12 yrs ago, and has under 200 hrs on her.  I changed the ignition system over from points to electronic and installed a heat exchanger on her in 2008/ New innovated interior layout completed in 1996, There is not one Alberg on the market that has the same layout!/ Hull, deck, mast and boom painted in 1997/ new cutlass in 1998-surveyed in 2007, with a glowing report/ sails; main, 175 geno, and jib, all in great shape/ new halyards in 2000/ new sail cover in 2009/ new 25 lbs danforth with 30' chain and 250' of 1/2 rope rode/ stern 14 lbs danforth stern anchor, with 150' 1/2 rope rode/ new 420s Garmin GPS with west coat charts/ new compass 2008/ new Icon VHS 2008/ new batter charger 2008/ newer 12 volt deep & 2 newer golf cart house batteries/ 30 amp shore power with cable/ TV with DVD player/ 12/110 volt Igloo ice box/ New 12 volt bilge pump with automatics switch/ 110 volt double hot plate/ Alcohol stove/ solar panels, 7 and 15 amp/ 12 V water pump/ 30 gal fresh water tank/ 20 gal holding tank/ 20 gal gas tank/ cockpit cushions/ emergency tiller/ used davits (not installed)/ fenders and lines
