A LIST OF UPGRADES RECENTLY MADE BY OWNER 2012

Re examined and upgraded the standing rigging where necessary.

Opened bow section and installed a dedicated drainpipe to drain the water from the chain locker directly into the forward bilge sump.

Re designed and rebuilt the bow anchor roller to make it easier to remove and maintain.

Rebuilt the maxwell anchor windless.

Removed and replaced fibreglass matting layer of coachroof.

Removed and replaced propane tank box.

Replaced horizontal dashboard in cockpit.

Replaced all 3/8 Lexan windows and skylight in hard dodger.

Installed 7/8 brass opening port in coachroof combing above galley stove.

Inspected all ships systems.

Bottom paint removed, 3 coats Seahawk TuffStuff barrier, 2 coats Woolsey Defense HC and 3 coats Aeron ABC#3 bottom paint applied.

Topsides prepped and 3 coats Petitt easypoxy semi-gloss black applied.

Midnight fiddler will pass any survey and audio Gauge without a hitch.

This beautiful steel ketch with a full keel was built by De Vries in Holland.

She was totally restored to new condition from 99-03: all systems & equipment are in service. Low hours on rebuilt diesel in 86' and a mint interior. With impeccable audio-gauge readings,center cockpit, aft cabin she represents the high standards of the De Vries yard.
