"LADY CLAUDIA" is a Phillip Rhodes designed long range Motor Yacht built for the Chairman of the Board of  a Petroleum Co., by VOSPER's of England, as a strong, classic and economical long range Motor Yacht. She is likely the most seaworthy, stabilized Yacht of her size in the world today. During this time the following was done: Replaced 800 sq. ft. of steel in the Hull, any steel under 85% of original plating was replaced, all ribs replaced where necessary, keel inside structure replaced, all tank tops replaced, tanks made new-completely coated and all plumbing for fuel replaced, fresh water tanks replaced,new pressure water system and new waste water system installed. Both shaft alleys trued, new shaft bearings installed, new 4-blade propellers installed. Every piece of electrical wiring from main deck down replaced. All upper decks repaired (new metal where necessary) apoxied marine plywood, then new artificial teak decks layed. All pumps are new. All Airconditioning new in 2009. All new electrical panels and all new underwater exhausts. At the same time all the below deck accommodations were removed and rebuilt completely new.
She has accommodations for eight in the owners party in four staterooms with all new walls (woodwork), floors, lighting, bathrooms and all new headliners. She has a 5000 mile range and is a very seaworthy, stabilized
ocean-going Yacht. Following these huge improvements, well over $1.400.000 was spent, today, the M/Y LADY CLAUDIA represent a very unique value. To duplicate the Yacht in Europe would cost well over $10 million dollars and take several years to complete.
