The "Island Waters" is truly a one of a kind vessel. Fairmiles, including Navy Ships and ocean trawlers, were built on the River Tweed in England between 1953 and 1972. During that period Fairmiles would gain national and international reputation for quality and workmanship.

Island Waters is a classic corten steel hull & superstructure/teak decked. She is safe, strong & long range vessel. She is powered by Cat D342's and twin Cat 40 KW DSL gensets to keep any harbor in the world up after hours. Her 2 year refit including hull, was completed in early 2012, and she can now aim for the horizon with a 5000 mile fuel capacity that says, ANYWHERE.....AUSTRALIA IS NOT OUT OF THE QUESTION!!!

Major Restoration 2011-2012- Survey was done Mid-Way through Renovation.

She boasts new hull paint, floor refinished, headliners, light system, teak railings, safety railing on top deck and all exposed deck areas with new Non-Skid, and more.
