Teak wooden steering house which can be lowered. Isolated double glass windows in aluminium framing in the ships hull- all with a ventilation position, windows can be open. Large skylights in the new living area, double glass / can be open.
Displacement: approx. 190 tonnes. Ballast: 28 tonnes. Ballast has been brought in the boat when she has been rebuild in 2008, the ballast is made in new concrete blocks, that are mounted in steel frames and are lying free from the hull.
Fuel tank capacity: 3.500 litres (steel tank - cleaned in 2010). Separate 5.000 liters fuel tank for the generators.
Fresh water capacity: 6.500 litres in three tanks; one tank forward, one aft and one tank in the centre of the yacht (polythene tank). Water can be pumped over for trimming.
