"Resole" is a Classic 42 foot Grenfell Cruiser, custom built in 1958 from the best Mahogany and Teak woods, and meticulously rebuilt by the current owner.  She is in mint condition, being boathouse kept and owing to her owner's care and pride of ownership.

The vessel is powered by twin GM 471 Detroit Diesel Engines.

The Galley has been tastefully updated including a new fridge and stove along with new upholstery.

Other upgrades include new carpet, new window glass, and new teak decks.

Comfortable sleeping accomodations are offered for 6 adults with 4 in 2 staterooms plus 2 in the main salon.There are 2 heads plus a shower and a presurized hot/cold water system. The interior spaces are heated with a diesel furnace and supplied with ample power from the genset.

The boat is easily piloted and equiped with good electronics.

Your guests will have plenty of room to move in the large main salon or aft deck.

Getting ashore is easy in the 10 foot fiberglass tender with 4 HP. outboard motor.

Prime transferrable moorage in a boathouse is available at the popular Skyline Marina in Richmond, BC.
