Gentlemans Sailing Yacht, built by Harry King of Pin Mill over the winter of 1947/48. Traditional long keel. Hull built of pitch pine/larch on oak, deck of pine and marine ply, GRP scrim and superstructure of mahogany. 4/5 berths in 2 cabins. Described in Classic Boat #103 as recognisably from Norman Dallimore's board 'A good sea boat, especially upwind in a blow. Originally commissioned after her first owner (a Mr. Harry Gaydon) had chartered a larger Dallimore design and been so impressed by the Dallimore performance.
