Century Resorter

1947 18' Century Resorter Mahogany Runabout, Chrysler Marine 6 cylinder SM6 90hp motor. This boat has a long and rich history of Maine ownership and care, Originally purchased by Elizabeth Arden's Maine Chance Spa and Resort on Long Pond in Mount Vernon, Maine. Current owner has owner her since 1992. She was completely restored by Kennebec Marine Services in 1993-1994 and renamed CHANCE. Every detail of this boat was restored to original factory specifications.

The chrome has been re-plated. The wiring has been up-graded to USCG specs and the 6 volt system has retained. The fuel tank has been replaced. In 2003 the boat was stripped and completely varnished and has been in storage since. The trailer has been modified to best support the boat. The bottom is double planked and has never been glassed.
