All New plumbing, New water heater, New Hot Water storage system (boat hot water is heated by the main engines, shorepower, gen--set, and/or the heating coils in the diesel cookstove.  Boat has all new 'hydronic heating system' (hot water heat) throughout the vessel. New water tanks aft, New struts, New bearings, New windlass, New anchoring system, New alternators, New Invertor, New bilge pumps, New freshwater pump. New washdown pumps, New holding tanks. New refrigeration, New air compressor, New dingy davit, New slide out roof extension at lazarette roof, New framing from stem to stearn (all frames sistered), New 'fastners' (hull re-fastened).
