ARROWHEAD is a handsome but unique Alden “Explorer” design of which only five were ever built. She was built in 1946 by the Palmer Johnson Yard in Wisconsin, and was the last of the five built. She is unique due to her raised deck configuration, and shoal long keel with a centerboard. Over the last 6 years she has had a near total rebuild (see Updates section) done by two professional boatbuilders along with her skilled owner. She is now offered for sale due to the owner’s change of plans, and is offered at a fraction of her reconstruction costs.
