Announcing an American Treasure! It is indeed a privilege to offer, "Wenonah", a 1936, 35 foot Custom Long Island Swordfisher from the drafting table of the world renowned firm, Sparkman & Stephens and built by the highly regarded and long time boatyard of Frank M. Weeks in Patchogue, LI, NY. We wanted to get this fabulous listing up quickly but here is the short story with more to soon follow. "Wenonah" has been totally restored from the keel up to and including the cabin house. Her Palmer, 150 hp M-265(circa 1975) has been rebuilt from the crankshaft up (approx. 100 hrs.) by the folks who are the BEST in the engine rebuild world, Old Lyme Marina in Old Lyme, CT. Words can not describe the detail that has been lavished on this classic but ready to be cruised motor yacht. More photos and description to follow, but give a call now to see, "Wenonah" for yourself. Complete photo journal available to view her journey to 2012. She will be ready to cruise this season and she will, as always, attract smiles and waves from all who are lucky enough to see her! And, you will be the luckiest because you will be at Winonah's helm! | ||
