"Pelican" has been complerely re-built by Reed Cottrell of Kent Island, MD over a 4 year period. The boat is single plank mahogney over oak frames. The hull was fiberglassed and has 5 coats of epoxy on the hull. The bottom has 4 coats o bottom paint.
