About Yacht

This great and beautiful old lady`s name is De Rob.

De Rob is a unique example of one of the first build sailing yachts in Holland.

The builder, mr. W. de Vries Lentsch, build it for himself and family.

The hull is made of riveted iron. The design is one of a rescue sloop of those days.

All the decks, topside and interior is made from heavy teak (deck is 4cm thick)

In 1962 she had a big complete overhaul, which has been done again by the current owner between 1995-2000.

The engine has been overhauld in 2000.

The beautiful classic teak interior is practicaly all original.

She is a very steady comforable live aboard (and small charter) ocean cruiser. This is where she is been used for in the Carabian and south America the last 15 years and still is used for today around Belize, Guatemala.
